Each package is allocated for ten kids, but we can always adjust to your party size!
How it Works
Locations
Parties can be held at our cozy Hayes Valley studio or any venue you're planning to have your child's event at! You can find us at 600A Octavia Street, San Fransisco, 94102.
We do add a mobile fee to any party that is hosted outside of our studio.

Final Payment:
Full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the party. If the party is booked within 2 weeks of the party date, full payment is due upon confirmation.
Host may arrive 30 minutes prior to the party start time, and depart 15 minutes after party time ends. Any early arrival or late departure may be subject to venue fees.
Maximum Capacity:
20 kids and 5 adults unless you book the side room for an additional fee. If an adult wants to stay, we have a small lounge in the front of the studio. We ask the adults, besides parents of birthday person, to sit in that area while kids are making.
Party Timeline:
WELCOME TIME (15-30 min)

Welcome the guests! We'll gather any gifts and get kids started on Birthday Cards while we wait for friends to arrive.

We have several fun upgrade options to amp up Welcome Time, including a bead jewelry bar, wood macrame charms, and happy-go-lucky keychain
CRAFT TIME (60-90 min)

Party pros guide the guests through the maker craft. We'll provide instructions to get the kids started, then the sky is the limit for their creativity!
SNACK & CAKE TIME (30 min)

At some point we are going to take a break for food time (usually after the activity), you can also Add-on our food bundle for your fun event!

Sing Happy Birthday, and nosh on cake!
GOODBYE TIME

You are welcome to hand out goodie bags and take pictures with the final art projects as we say our final farewells.
